ABOUT CHRIS
With 16+ years of experience, it has been my mission to help our community lead a healthier life. The best part of coaching is when someone tells me “Oh I can’t do that.” I instantly feel the fire to show them HOW. The smile on their face once they DO is what gets me out of bed every morning! I’m here to not only help show you how, but to celebrate when you do! When we move better, we feel better. When we feel our best… there’s no telling what we can accomplish.

Ryan Johnson
CrossFit Level 1
ABOUT RYAN

From a young age I always kept my distance from pushing limits. How can you fail if you never try I thought. As I got older I realized I was failing myself, and the potential I had. When I found myself far down the rabbit hole of bad habits and sought change I struggled for years to discover the secret to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and why couldn’t it just be easy. That’s when I found the community at CrossFit 696 and Fitcon, or should I say the community discovered me. It didn’t take long after that for me to realize I wanted to give back and be a driving force to help others discover themselves within their fitness and health jouneys.

ABOUT RHONDA

From toddlers to actively aging older adults, I have a passion for educating using play, movements that translate into everyday activities and lots of varied exercise to challenge the body and keep things interesting.
Posture, balance, core stability and mobility allow us to move towards improved strength, agility, power, the ability to enjoy life to its fullest at any age to remain or regain fitness as we age.
I’ve been teaching others through sport/fitness since I was 16 and I love not only helping folks learn how to use their bodies but also why.
In the gym, you’ll find me teaching group fitness classes, working with clients; crawling around with our littlest members. Away from the gym I cook, read, garden, walk, spend time with friends and spoil my cats.

Nutrition Coach
ABOUT MARIANNE
After graduating from The University of New Hampshire, receiving my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, my fitness career began at FitCorp in Boston, MA. Massage therapy complemented my work path in 2005, and I have greatly enjoyed being able to work on both sides of the fitness/health journey with exercise and recovery.
My personal fitness passion was discovered in 2014, with the opening of CrossFit 696. I am honored to be a part of an outstanding and supportive community that only believes in building individuals to being the best they can be. As a coach I want to help you, and guide you to a place you may have never traveled on your own.
