Our unique facility allows us to offer a variety of classes including CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, FITedge, Yoga, Spin, Abs, Boxing, Kickboxing and many others. We also offer 24/7 access to the gym so you can workout around YOUR schedule when classes don’t always fit. Our CrossFit programming is built around olympic style weightlifting and gymnastic-like movements. Our experienced coaches provide progressions for each movement so regardless of your experience, limitations or skill level, we will find a way to keep you moving safely towards your goals. CrossFit is designed to increase strength, decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and core stabilization. Based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on each child’s academic achievement. We offer programs for all kids ranging in ages from 3-14 years of age.
FITedge combines strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, core stability and lots of fun! For all ages and ability levels, our coaches will take you through a complete workout from warmup to cool down. You’ll use kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX straps, bikes, rowers, ski ergs, bands, and many other tools to help you build a stronger body. It’s a lot like CrossFit in many ways but without the olympic style weightlifting and much less barbell oriented.
Yoga is for every body. KC our yoga instructor is determined to help you feel your best every day by guiding you in recovering and maintaining mobility, increasing flexibility and improving your balance.
KC teaches hatha yoga, a style which uses sustained poses and breath work to naturally develop better posture, alignment, and core engagement in all physical activity. She leads fun classes that relieve tension in your body and mind so you can become your most relaxed, confident self.
KC is interested in progress, not perfection. She programs her classes to meet the needs of each participant willing to listen to their own body and play with the edge of their comfort zone.
This 30 Minute Class is specifically designed to strengthen your midline. It can be modified according to each individuals needs and is a great way to help you strengthen all of the muscles surrounding your spine to help prevent injury. Most all movements are generated “from core to extremity,” by strengthening your core it will also help improve most all other movements!
