CrossFit L1
CrossFit L2
Raised in a very active family, it was only natural that my mother introduced me to CrossFit in 2009. I’ve been on this journey ever since. My focus as I navigate life with small children is simply be the healthiest, happiest, strongest version of myself, and an example of what is possible when you put your own health first. CrossFit has not only been my continued source for competitive fun, but a therapist, a community, an outlet to cope with all that life throws at us.
I do Crossfit because I am a better person and mother when I am regularly inside the walls of 696. My goal as a coach is to enable as many people as possible to feel the empowerment and confidence that taking care of your mind and body provides. I have found no better way to do that than through a commitment to oneself through nutrition and fitness. Outside of the gym, parenting my twin boys and hiking in the white mountains are two of my very favorite things.
